There are some tribes in Abbottabad living here for long time. It include Gujjar, Karlal, Dhund. Some were living here at the times of Hindus. Before the Muslims Hindus and Sikhs were living here. They left as Pakistan came into being and now there are Muslim Tribes living here. Some came here as they were forced to leave their homeland or bring here by the rulers to settle them here for political gains. Some came here for Trade and settled here.
